Have you thought about switching to a more sustainable, easier to sharpen material for your products that require sharpening?

since the product is at a price point that we usually associate with a twist-up product, &sharpening this product requires one 2 buy a special sharpener that will inevitably dull on the plastic, don’t you think it might be a good idea to make it twist up?

Many people have asked how to "push up" the eyeshadow. The answer is always, you don't push it up you sharpen it. This is confusing because the plastic tube appears to be in the way of sharpening. But the plastic tube is soft, it peels off when sharpened.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KitC from Great colors These pencils are really great, I probably like them more than my other skinnier pencils. I have 3 colors of them, but I probably like the rust color the best- it's hard to find red eye liner that isn't day glo or makes my eyes look like they're bleeding. The color goes on really well- normally with eye pencils I have to go over the line a few times to get the color dark enough, but I don't have to do that with these. I can get the same thickness of line as other pencils as well as long as I'm careful. They do need to be sharpened with a sharpener, they're not a roll up pencil even though they look like they might be (I don't think any of nyx pencils are roll up?).

It barely goes on, it appears to have shimmer when looking at it but when you put it on there is no shimmer. I had no idea how to sharpen it, I actually bought it because I thought it was a twist up. There was nothing written on packaging how to sharpen it. So I busted the top twisting so hard. I finally had to google the product to figure it out. Never again. I do not recommend this!

I got the pencil under the impression that it’s a twist for for more, it’s not. Other than that this is a great product! I definitely recommend it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Amber from Sharpening plastic!! It should be noted somewhere on the package that this requires sharpening!! When sharpening plastic it leaves sharp edges that could cut you. After a couple times of sharpening your sharpener goes dull!!! Of course when sharpening hard plastic, not going to buy again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by piglet66 from good colors but easily breakable have 4 of these eye pencils. Sadly, 2 broke a the tip as i was putting it on. I had been using them for a couple of months and it just snapped. Lost a good 2 inches of the pencil.
