Before applying this matte lip liner, make sure to prep your lips for a smooth base. Now, pick a Suede Matte lip liner shade of your choice and start with the cupid's bow of your lips. Use light-handed strokes and follow just outside the natural line of your lips. This will create a fuller, more defined pout. Then, line the bottom of your lips starting from the centre and connect the lines to the outer corners of your mouth. Complete the look by filling in your lips with the lip liner pencil. This ensures that your lipstick lasts longer!
